I haven't been able to watch as much TV as I'm use to recently, for a variety of reasons but I now have a new show that has moved into must watch territory. Heroes is the story of a group of individuals who for unknown reasons have begun to realize that they have extraordinary abilities, from controlling time, and visions of the future to  flying and power mimickry.  These individuals are supposed to come together to save the world from disaster.  The story is well written revealing little about each character every week and thus creating anticipation for the following week. The only problem is that if you miss a week you feel that you have missed a lot and it can be difficult to catch up but it also means that viewers will continue to tune in every week.  My favorite character thus far is Hiro, a Japanese salesman who appears to be a crucial figure in the plot.  In North America Heores is on Monday nights.
